Investment Criteria
Overland has access to more than $1 billion of real estate investments annually through its developer affiliations. It also has access to more than $2 billion of equipment lease investments annually through relationships with major U.S. equipment lessors.
Institutional investors can make direct investments in individual transactions, a portfolio of transactions or can establish an investment program. Additionally, non-U.S. individual and institutional investors can buy shares in an investment fund such as Overland U.S. Real Estate Opportunity Fund I.
