5/22/06 - ODG Sells 310 Beacon
Overland Development Group LLC (“ODG”) is pleased to announce the recent sale of 310 Beacon Street, Boston, Massachusetts. ODG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Overland Capital Group, Inc., specializes in the development of multifamily housing throughout the Eastern U.S. ODG acquired the property in March 2006.
The buyer, originally interested in purchasing the upper duplex of the building, made an unsolicited offer to purchase the entire building in April 2006. ODG accepted the offer and the transaction closed on May 15, 2006, resulting in significant returns to the investors.
Saratoga Springs, NY
7/19/07 – ODG Closes Saratoga Springs, New York
Overland Development Group LLC (“ODG”) is pleased to announce the recent closing of 85 Railroad Place, Saratoga Springs, New York. The closing took place on July 19, 2007.
ODG negotiated the purchase of the entire first floor of this newly-built, mixed-use development and then managed construction of the unfinished space for the tenant, Overland Leasing Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Overland Capital Group, Inc. The remaining space in the first floor is leased to Bonacio Construction, Inc.
