Overland Development Group LLC ("ODG"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Overland Capital Group, Inc., is a real estate development company specializing in the construction of residential and mixed-use projects in urban centers throughout the Eastern U.S. ODG identifies potential projects at the earliest stages, places them under contract, applies its experience and knowledge to maximize value in the entitlement and design stages and then either sells the projects upon receipt of entitlements or builds and markets the projects for sale. As Chairman and CEO of OCG, James M. Godec oversees ODG. Mark S. Baranski manages ODG's day to day operation.
